Due to current lockdown throughout India, delivery might be delayed to certain areas. We will be sending you an email on the details of shipping and delivery time in accordance with the restrictions imposed by the Government in you area.
We ship via several of the major mail carriers, including Aramex, DTDC, Blue Dart etc. Customers will be unable to opt for the carrier of their choosing. There is a shipping and handling charge for all orders. We apply a handling charge for all items to cover cost of packing to prevent damage and mishandling in transit. Prices listed on the website are inclusive of handling charges and the break up of shipping charges is provided in the invoice.
Taking Delivery of your Order
Inspect your order do not accept an order if box is physically damaged. Contact Customer Support and inform them of the damage immediately. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy
The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:
- Products that are usually stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
- Products that are not usually stocked and must therefore be special ordered.
- Items that transit thru states requiring special entry permits or Octroi such as in West Bengal, Maharashtra, Kerala etc. Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your situation.
- We may not be able to ship to certain destinations for infrastructure reasons, the same shall be communicated via email and also instruction provided on our website regarding delivery specifics while placing an order.
- Products which are imported from outside India.
Delays in Shipping
On occasion, we may experience an unforseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by Cozyhomes . When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.
- Standard Shipping: Our standard method of shipping is surface transport/Courier. You may expect to receive your order within the specified period, as indicated while placing an order.
- Imported Products Shipping: Products with an 'International' label are imported from outside India and are delivered in 8 – 10 weeks.
- Air courier for certain products may be possible at additional costs and shall be specified at the time of placing the order.
If Your Order Does Not Arrive On Time
If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe please let us know. On occasions, orders may become lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address or consigned to a person other than yourself. This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage or in a location hidden from plain view. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us at email@example.com.
In the case of COD orders our courier will make one to three attempts to deliver the order after which it will be returned to our warehouse. Cozyhomes reserves the right to not accept COD orders from any person including persons who have not previously received products and issued payments.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Check the packing and DO NOT take delivery of a product that has been damaged. If for any reason you are unable to reject accepting the product from the courier, inform Customer service within 24 hours and we will process your claim via insurance.
For products where we provide installation services inform the installer immediately on completion of installation and reject the product.
Products sold are covered by warranty for manufacturing defects only. Any damage due to use or wear and tear or improper handling / modification in design from the standard is not covered by such warranty. You may contact firstname.lastname@example.org in case of any complaints.
If you're unable to resolve the problem after contacting the manufacturer, incase of manufacturers warranty available for product sold to you, contact email@example.com to find more information about receiving a replacement or returning your item for a refund.
For all Cozyhomes Exclusives, Cozyhomes warrants to you, the original buyer, that goods shall be free of defects in material and/or workmanship attributable to manufacture for a period of one year from date of purchase. Damage resulting from improper handling after merchandise is received or from exposure to weather or extreme atmospheric conditions is not covered by the Cozyhomes warranty. Warranty is subject to use under regular conditions. THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE GOODS CONSTITUTES Cozyhomes 's ENTIRE OBLIGATION. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
